Michael White is the award-winning chef who's currently leading the kitchen at iconic The Lambs Club in New York City. Chef White has partnered with Grand Tour Hospitality [the team behind popular NYC restaurants American Bar and Saint Theo’s] and restaurateur David Rabin, to relaunch the restaurant since closing due to the pandemic in 2020. Marking Chef White’s return to New York City, the restaurant showcases his modern and fun approach to American cuisine alongside an award-winning wine list. Chef White's previous restaurants, including the famed coastal Italian destination Marea, have garnered three-stars from The New York Times, a Michelin star, a nod fromEsquire as one of the Best New Restaurants in America, GQ for Best New Restaurant, and multiple nominations from the James Beard Foundation. In the fall of 2021, Chef White opened Lido Restaurant at The Four Seasons at The Surfside Club in Miami.
